Celebrating Those Who Sacrifice!

Earlier in the month, we celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We celebrated the vision one man had to change the way people saw our nation. He had a dream. He died for that dream.

Today we recognize the crew of the Challenger for the vision and dream they had for themselves and for the nation. Here in New Hampshire, we have a personal connection to Christa McAuliffe a Concord teacher whose passion for teaching sent her on a mission that took her life. While we in New Hampshire focus on her life and her contribution to the local community, we don’t forget the sacrifice each member of that team made to bring space closer to communities nationwide.

We acknowledge the sacrifice James Foley made to maintain freedom of speech this week. James Foley represented this freedom to us as he traveled to unstable areas of the world. We celebrated his life recently as Sting paid tribute to the freedom many takes for granted. James Foley represented that freedom and is one of many who believes in that freedom; even to the death.

In years past our men and women have sacrificed and died fighting for freedom and justice not only here at home but protecting the same for our allies. Our Military has gone well above and beyond protecting and defending so many freedoms of the world even as so many, laugh at us as a nation. Even as our own people ridicule them for their service, even as our own government fails to protect them!

I could go on and on an effort to remind you of the sacrifices people make so we can be a free nation. From the beginning, our Forefathers sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears to create an ideal that would survive centuries. So many lost their lives expressing their desire for change as we struggled through our own Civil War. Continuing on there have been so many people that have fought for equality and freedom right through the present day. We must never forget them; not even one of them! We must not forget their sacrifice and the sacrifice their families have made.

Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream. Christa McAuliffe had a dream. Our Forefathers had a dream. We are a nation of dreamers. We are also a nation comprising determined, dedicated people who not only have a vision but have the desire to make that vision a reality. We need to return to our dream state remember that dream, fight for that dream and be proud to represent that dream!

We all dream of a better life but not everyone will act on that dream. Remember those that have come before; those that have allowed us the comfort and safety we enjoy today. Remember that they will act on your behalf, our countries and sometimes the worlds.

Lord We Can't Go Back There!

“Ways of War” touches on a topic we still see to be an issue today. During the Vietnam Struggle, our government swept under the rug many injustices. Not only those related to the “Wars” of the times but also those that affected the people. Our people.

We need to turn the tides of injustice by holding our politicians responsible for the corruptions they push aside with their impatience and a desire to bury the issues. “What difference does it make?” They say. Let's stop talking about the elephant in the room and move on. If we forget these things, then they win! Figuratively and literally. And when they win they introduce more of the same. They make poor choices and blame someone else. They brush off their mistakes and hope they won’t come back to haunt them.

We are in an election year (obviously). We watch and listen as the politicians on both sides of the isle preach and promise. They all have the answer. They all say they can bring this nation together and make it great again! THEY CAN’T EVEN GET ALONG ON STAGE! How do they propose to bring a country of millions and millions of people together when they can’t even get along with each other?

We are a nation in distress!

Times and have changed. Though sometimes I think the definition of change is not positive. We are not learning the lessons our forefathers tried to teach us. They rebelled against the thing we so freely allow. Our basic freedoms are being stripped away. We as a country are being brainwashed to believe the inalienable rights our forefathers fought so valiantly for are the things that are destroying us. The truth is the politicians have created a smokescreen. A smokescreen to deter us from the real problem. They want us to believe the cause of this country’s problems is our Constitution. Freedom of speech, right to bear arms and ultimately “equal rights”. This country has been working toward all these things for generations and has made great progress. I believe it is they that have escalated the dissension among our people. The politicians and the media are fueling the hatred and injustice. If we are focusing on the dissension that has grown in the last ten years instead of the real problem (the politicians) we won’t see the real problem.

Think back to a time when we were working together to get things done. Yes, this country has always had problems but in recent years the problems were on the decline have escalated to a level not seen since the 1960s. Do we really want to go back there? I think not. Let's learn from history we won’t be doomed to repeat it.

A Great Nation in Distress!

AND SO THE DAY BEGINS.
WHAT OF THE EVERYDAY GRIND THAT FORCES US TO GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING? IS IT THE IDEA WE WILL LEAVE OUR HOMES AND MEET WONDERFUL PEOPLE OR HAVE EXCITING EXPERIENCES? WHAT A LIFE IF THIS WERE TRUE!
THIS MAY NOT BE THE RULE BUT PROVES TO BE THE EXCEPTION. THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE COMMENT, JUST MY OBSERVATION. WE ONLY NEED TO TURN ON THE TELEVISION AND WATCH THE NEWS TO SEE THE CRUEL REALITY. YET WE GET OUT OF BED HOPING FOR SOMETHING BETTER. PRAYING IT WILL BE DIFFERENT. I LEAVE THE COMFORT OF MY HOME DAILY HOPING TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE THAT MOVES ME TO CHANGE MY VIEW OF THE WORLD.
I AM HOPEFUL BECAUSE I SEE THE LITTLE THINGS MAKING A DIFFERENCE. SOME PERSEVERE BY SETTING ASIDE THEIR OWN GRIEF TO ASSIST SOMEONE ELSE IN THEIR PAIN. I SEE THE LITTLE PERSON GIVING MUCH TO MANY WHILE THEY GO HOME TO LITTLE. THESE ARE THE GREAT PEOPLE. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT DON’T GET RECOGNITION OR CREDIT FOR WHAT THEY DO. THEY DON’T WANT CREDIT. THEY WANT CHANGE.
THIS WEEK WE CELEBRATED MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY. HE WAS A MAN OF PEACE, WHO DESIRED CHANGE. HE USED HIS WORDS TO CAUSE THAT CHANGE. HIS MESSAGE WAS LOVE. YET ALL THAT HE STRIVED FOR IS CRUMBLING BEFORE US AS OUR POLITICIANS AND THE MEDIA RENEW DISSENSION AMONG OUR PEOPLE.
FOR YEARS PEOPLE HAVE TOLD US TO CELEBRATE THE DIVERSITY AMONG THIS NATION, YET NOW THEY WANT EVERYONE TO BE ALIKE. YOU SHOULD HAVE THE SAME HOMES, MAKE THE SAME WAGE, HAVE THE SAME INSURANCE, AND IDEALLY THINK AND ACT THE SAME; HAVE THE SAME IDEALS. WE CAN’T BE A DIVERSE NATION IF WE ALL HAVE TO BE THE SAME. THINK ABOUT IT. THERE WOULD BE NOTING TO TALK ABOUT!
WITH DIVERSITY COMES A MULTITUDE OF THINGS, TOLERANCE BEING ONE OF THEM. I BELIEVE THE DEFINITION OF TOLERANCE HAS BEEN LOST. THEY DEFINE TOLERANCE AS THE WILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT FEELINGS, HABITS, OR BELIEFS DIFFERENT FROM OUR OWN.
FOR YEARS WE AS A NATION HAVE BEEN WELL ON OUR WAY TO LIVING THIS DEFINITION. SOMEHOW WITHIN THE LAST EIGHT YEARS, WE SEEM TO HAVE REVERSED COURSE. THERE IS MORE DISSENTION TODAY THAN THERE WAS TEN YEARS AGO. AND IT IS NOT JUST IN WORDS!
WE HAVE BECOME A NATION OF TOLERANCE IN A DIFFERENT WAY. WE ARE SO TOLERANT OF CRIME THAT WE ARE QUICKLY BECOMING A COUNTRY OF ANARCHY! WE CAN’T DISCIPLINE, WE CAN’T PUNISH WE CAN’T EVEN CORRECT BECAUSE WE MAY HURT ANOTHER’S FEELINGS. WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS, OR MY NEIGHBOR’S FEELINGS? OUR CONSTITUTION IS NOT LICENSE TO DISRESPECT EACH OTHER.
OUR CONSTITUTION DEFINES US AS A FREE NATION TO PURSUE HAPPINESS, BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS! IT IS SUMMARIZED IN THE PREAMBLE:
“WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, IN ORDER TO FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION, ESTABLISH JUSTICE, INSURE DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY, PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENCE, PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE, AND SECURE THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY TO OURSELVES AND OUR POSTERITY, DO ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH THIS CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (SPELLING COMES FROM THE ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION).
WE USED TO BE A GREAT NATION! YES WE HAD OUR PROBLEMS, ALL COUNTRIES DO. WE HOWEVER WERE THE EXAMPLE THAT ALL ASPIRED TO BE. WE HAD FREEDOM AND WEALTH AND SECURITY. OF COURSE THERE WAS STILL WORK TO BE DONE, BUT WE WERE DOING IT. MARTIN LUTHER KING WAS DOING IT. I BELIEVE HE WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY. NOT BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TREATED BADLY, BUT BECAUSE OF THE SOLUTION THE PEOPLE HAVE REDUCED THEMSELVES TO.
AS A NATION WE NEED TO BRING BACK THE SIMPLE MORAL VALUES. OUR BILL OF RIGHTS IS MODELED AFTER THE TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR A REASON. THESE COMMANDMENTS ARE MORAL NOT RELIGIOUS. THEY ARE TESTAMENT TO THE FACT THAT OUR FOREFATHERS BELIEVED THAT THOUGH RELIGION SHOULD NOT DRIVE OUR NATIONS RULE, IT SHOULD BE A FOUNDATION TO A MORAL SOCIETY AND A COUNTRY THAT ALLOWS THE PEOPLE TO CAUSE CHANGE, NOT THE ELECTED OFFICIALS.
WE LIVE IN A TIME OF GREAT LEARNING. EVERYONE IN THIS COUNTRY HAS ACCESS TO EDUCATION EVEN BASIC EDUCATION. IT IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL TO EMBRACE AND GROW THROUGH THAT EDUCATION. THERE IS NOT A PERSON IN THIS COUNTRY THAT CAN DENY THAT.

THERE WILL ALWAYS BE DEBATE OVER WHO HAS THE BETTER OPPORTUNITY. I BELIEVE OPPORTUNITY IS DRIVEN BY DESIRE. THERE ARE MANY GREAT PEOPLE THAT HAVE PULLED THEMSELVES UP BY THE BOOTSTRAPS OUT OF DESIRE AND BECOME GREAT EXAMPLES.  SEARCH OUT THOSE PEOPLE, LEARN FROM THEM AND WE WILL BE A GREAT NATION AGAIN!

Your Voice - Your Vote

“WAYS OF WAR” IS A STORY ABOUT THE STRUGGLE OF THE EVERYDAY PERSON WHO TRIES TO UNDERSTAND HOW GOVERNMENT RULES THE PEOPLE WHILE RATIONALIZING THE DECISIONS THEY MAKE ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTRY’S CITIZENS. TRUE, I TELL THE TALE OF A TIME THAT HAS PASSED HOWEVER THE ISSUES REMAIN THE SAME. THIS TELL ME WE ARE NOT LEARNING FROM OUR HISTORY OR WE ARE LEARNING SLOWLY.

EVERYTHING TAKES TIME AND CHANGE CAN ONLY OCCUR WITH DESIRE, HARD WORK AND BY LEARNING FROM OUR MISTAKES. IN ADDITION, THERE NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABILITY. WE ARE LIVING IN A TIME WHERE TECHNOLOGY APPEARS TO HAVE TAKEN OVER OUR ABILITY TO RATIONALIZE. YES, THERE ARE THOSE WHO DRIVE THAT TECHNOLOGY AND FURTHER ADVANCEMENT. THEY ARE INTELLIGENT SO WE CONTINUE TO ADVANCE TECHNOLOGICALLY. I’M NOT SPEAKING NOW OF THOSE SELECT FEW.
THOUGH WE ARE LIVING IN A TIME OF GREAT TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT, WE ARE ALSO LIVING IN A TIME OF FALLING BACK. WHAT YOU SAY? FALLING BACK? WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I’M SURE WHAT I SAY NOW MAY CAUSE SOME TO BECOME HEATED UNDER THE COLLAR, BUT I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THINKING THEM. SO NOW COME FORTH THE WORDS LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE. YES, THAT’S CORRECT, A SLAP IN THE FACE.
I GREW UP IN A TIME WHEN I WAS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY ACTIONS. I HAULED WOOD AND WATER, LIVED WITHOUT ELECTRICITY AND RUNNING WATER, I PLAYED IN THE MUD AND COULD BE SUBJECT TO A SPANKING IF MY PARENTS DEEMED IT NECESSARY. I ALSO LIVED IN A TIME WHERE I WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MY PARENTS NOT THE VILLAGE. SOMETIMES FAMILIES SHOULD REACH OUT TO THEIR COMMUNITY FOR HELP HOWEVER THEY SHOULD NOT REPLACE THE PARENT.  THE PARENT IS THE GROUNDING FORCE OF THE CHILD. THE CHILD LEARNS AND GROWS AS RESULT OF THE WAY THEY ARE PARENTED.
WE HAVE BECOME A NATION WHERE WE CAN’T DISCIPLINE OUR CHILDREN FOR FEAR OF FAMILY SERVICES. AGAIN THERE WILL BE THOSE THAT MISINTERPRET THIS STATEMENT, THEY WILL SPEAK BEFORE THEY FINISH READING. I  BELIEVE WE NEED FAMILY SERVICES. I BELIEVE SOMETIMES FAMILIES NEED HELP. I THINK IT HAS GOTTEN OUT OF HAND. PEOPLE NOW SEEM TO EXPECT THE COMMUNITY TO Manage THEIR CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOR. WE NEED TO BRING BACK THE ROLE OF PARENTING TO THE PARENT. WE NEED TO ASSIST THAT ROLE IN OUR SCHOOLS.
OUR POOR TEACHERS DON’T KNOW IF THEY ARE COMING OR GOING. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCIPLINE OUR CHILDREN. I DON’T MEAN TO SAY WE SHOULD BRING BACK CORPORAL PUNISHMENT IN THE SCHOOLS, BUT I MEAN TO SAY THEY SHOULD ALLOW THEM TO LET THE CHILDREN KNOW WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES, THAT LIFE IS NOT FAIR AND NOT EVERYONE IS EQUAL. IF WE WERE ALL EQUAL THE WORLD WOULD BE BORING.
I’M SURE YOU ALL KNOW WE ARE IN AN ELECTION YEAR. YOU’D HAVE TO HAVE YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND TO MISS IT. THIS IS THE TIME FOR US TO LOOK AT OUR SITUATIONS, THE SITUATIONS OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND FELLOW COUNTRYMEN AND WOMEN. THERE ARE SO MANY IMPORTANT ISSUES. I BELIEVE EACH OF US MAY CONSIDER SOME TO BE MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHERS. WE HAVE ONE PARTY ARGUING AND POINTING FINGERS AND ANOTHER PROMISING TO RAISE THE WORKING CLASS BY KNOCKING DOWN THE WEALTHY. WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ISLE. POINTING FINGERS AND PLACING BLAME IS NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER ELIMINATE THE WEALTHY. AGAIN WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL. THE WEALTHY ARE THE ONES KEEPING THE MIDDLE-CLASS WORKING. WHILE THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME CHANGE RELATIVE TO WAGES AND LABOR LAWS, COMPLETE OBLITERATION OF THE UPPER CLASS WILL DESTROY US ALL. WHILE WE NEED SOCIAL SERVICES WE ALSO NEED TO REEVALUATE THE ROLE, IT PLAYS IN OUR SOCIETY. WE NEED THESE SERVICES HOWEVER THERE ARE PEOPLE USING THESE SERVICES THAT HAVE ABUSED THEM. I COULD GO ON ALL DAY ARGUING ABOUT THE ISSUES AND HOPING FOR SOLUTIONS. NONE OF THE ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED OVERNIGHT AND NOT BY FORGETTING TO VOTE. DO US ALL A FAVOR TAKE TIME TO REALLY LOOK AT THE CANDIDATES AND WHAT THEY TRULY REPRESENT. LOOK AT THEIR POLITICAL TRACK RECORD AND PUBLIC CHARACTER. REMEMBER JUST BECAUSE A CANDIDATE PROMISES CHANGE DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL ULTIMATELY BE GOOD CHANGE. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES IN OUR LIVES EVEN THOSE IN POLITICS. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO PERFECT CANDIDATE. LOOK AT THE MISTAKES OBJECTIVELY. DID THEY LEARN FROM THE MISTAKE? DID THEY ADMIT THE MISTAKE? DID THEY TRY TO MAKE RIGHT THAT WHICH WENT WRONG ON THEIR WATCH? REMEMBER IF A CANDIDATE IS NOT WILLING TO ADDRESS A SITUATION THAT WENT WRONG ON THEIR WATCH IT IS A SURE THING THAT WHEN THEY ARE PRESIDENT THEY WILL DO THE SAME THING.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT THE SOLUTION IS. I AM JUST LIKE ANYONE WHO READS THIS POST. I KNOW THIS, OUR GOVERNMENT MAY PROMISE TO GIVE YOU ALL KINDS OF SERVICES AND BENEFITS BUT THOSE SERVICES AND BENEFITS ARE NOT FREE. SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR THEM EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT. REMEMBER AS YOU GO TO THE POLLS THAT WITH EVERY SERVICE YOU TAKE FROM THE GOVERNMENT YOU WILL BE GIVING UP FREEDOM ON THE OTHER END. THERE WILL COME A DAY WHEN THE WELL RUNS DRY AND THERE IS NOTHING TO SUSTAIN WHAT YOU THINK IS FREE. WHO WILL PAY FOR IT THEN? CAN YOU SAY SERFDOM OR FEUDALISM? WE NEED TO OPEN OUR EYES. WE ARE GIVING UP EVERYTHING OUR FOREFATHERS FOUGHT SO HARD FOR. OUR REVOLUTION WAS FOUGHT TO FREE US FROM THE THINGS THAT SOME NOW WELCOME. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR BECAUSE WHAT YOU WISH FOR IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOR.

Traces and Teasers

I’m working on A Dangerous Truth. to my surprise, I’ve come across some information in my research that could be a reason for debate. So much politics! The puzzle of life is one that teases and intrigues. It’s a story that changes continually. So many facets in the lives of the characters of A Dangerous Truth!

The scene is playing over and over in my mind and is one that could tie the generations together in one idea, one thought becomes a reality. Once it is spoken it becomes the reality in A Dangerous Truth and possibly history. It is too much to communicate in a blog and will have to wait for publication.

Yet I will say this. The actions of people tie the generations together. The actions are cause for war and terrorism. The actions of one will surprise and this scene will place doubt or maybe cause the unfolding of another conspiracy!

Stay tuned as I continue the story and possibly reveal that which will be A Dangerous Truth!

"Ways of War" - a Historical Novel

I spent many hours writing “Ways of War” a Historical novel. While you travel through the life of Anna Windsor, you may wonder “did these things really happen?”
Well, this question won’t cross your mind if you lived during that time in recent history.

When you read through some chapters, you may recognize a time, a place or an event.

As with any historical novel you may remember this that or another event. You may remember where you were during a time I might describe. While the events are actual events, you find that the characters are not. You will find I mention some historical figures; their lives even expanded upon. What you won’t find will be names of persons who may have been affected by some of what I describe as “torture” of the times. You won’t recognize these people as I’ve changed their names.

You see there were many things going on during the Cold War period. Some of which has been publicized to a great degree. Then there are those things that though made public, they are not events that have been “in your face” so to speak.

I create for entertainment, using an era of volatile change and growth as my canvas. In this first novel “Ways of War” I have been somewhat vague relative to some events. I may revisit some of  these events in “A Dangerous Truth” or possible another later novel (for I have plans for the series).

There are those that may be critical of the stories, but please remember, this is a creative outlet. I

myself did not experience these events or personal situations. I respect any that may have fallen victim of the situations I write about. I don’t mean to be degrading or disrespectful in what I write. They are stories, meant to entertain first, to inspire questions second and to cause you to feel compassion for those in my stories. Our military in particular.

We are all aware of the way they treated these men and women. Hopefully, these stories will bring light to these brave people who defended the weak in a time it was not popular. I salute you all. I also hope if any of you read “Ways of War” or any of the novels that follow, you know there is a respect for you between the lines and words written. No words will ever be able to express that which you experienced. May God bless all of you.

And so the story goes. The time pass us by and we have still not learned the lessons. Maybe we have forgotten our history and so forgotten to learn from it. Let us all look to each other and learn together. It is time to be a great nation of people. If we learn our lessons, we can move forward and heal.

“Ways of War” can show us that power and control solve nothing. Even as those protesters called for peace, they were rioting and looting. This example does not inspire peace. If nothing else let's learn that.

Where to Look Next

What a day!
So much to think about in a world that moves way too fast. The noise is never-ending. There is no place to hide. “I need ten minutes alone,” I think. No matter where I look there’s noise. yes, the noise of life; the everyday, mundane, sometimes chaos, always fast passed and ever-changing noise.

Where should I look next? The question of the moment. Where will I find a moments' peace; a moment of solitude? I keep searching in hopes the moment won’t elude me. That moment comes and goes in the flash of an eye and it’s gone. Barely enough time to notice it let alone enjoy it. The mirage becomes a memory before it can be an enjoyed reality.

Not to worry, I’m sure another will come along. I hope this time I don’t miss it. So now I will get back to the fast-paced, ever-changing chaos called life. And search for that moment again and again until it occupies my mind and my reality.

Where to look next!

Looking Ahead....

Now that Ways of War is out there for your entertainment, it is now time to introduce A Dangerous Truth, the next in the series that follows the life events of the Windsor family. The story continues where Ways of War left off (no details in case you haven’t read Ways of War).  The web continues to grow as Nick realizes that the life he thought he knew is no longer a reality. Ways of War introduced you to the cruel reality of “mind control”. It presented to you a brief insight into the world that destroyed many people. This is the story that expands upon that reality and exposes some of what we consider the most horrendous of crimes being committed in the name of national security and scientific advancements. Check back as I periodically give an insider’s view of the story that could shock you.

Contrary as Life Can Be

Always.
Never.
Whenever?
Is it possible?
Will it ever be?
Life is contrary. We move from one feeling to the next. always second-guessing ourselves. Take this second day of January in the new year of 2016. What has it given to you so far? Has it been true to your plan? Has the New Year's resolution changed already? Have you given it the old heave-ho? Is it positively going to be the best year ever?

Wow. All this in one day. Out with the old, in with the new.  And already you have.......

I know mine is all the above; contrary. Yet I will sit back, take a deep breath and begin again tomorrow. The beautiful thing about tomorrow is you can always begin again. There is always hope, always the chance for that silver lining. I think the key is never to give in to the power of the wary way the mind has of tricking us into forgetting our dream just long enough to discourage us and cause us to give up.
Well, not this year! You and me both will persevere! We will conquer the naysayers (even if they are in our own minds). Keep the faith, my friend. Don’t lose hope. You will conquer this!!!

Ok enough with the drama. I’m sure you get my meaning though. Today is gone. Try again tomorrow. And if today was not all you hoped for. Keep dreaming. Bring that dream to life. As a Friend recently told me. “Nothing is ever easy. Keep the faith, great things will come”.

I will try again tomorrow. You will too.

New Beginnings

2016 is in its infancy, yet I am sure you all have high hopes for the year that stands before you; a blank page waiting for you to write your story.
I too have hopes for the coming year. Hopes of prosperity- that I may become rich in life’s most important ideas. I hope that my friends and family will have their heart's desire and that I may share in their dreams. I have hopes of increasing joy; as I share in the successes of those around me. I also have hopes of dreams coming true; as I watch those closest realize their dreams and enjoy the fruits of those dreams. I have hopes of happiness; as my loved ones realize what is most important to them.
Most of all I have hopes of love; that in an ever-changing world of discontent, the hopes of prosperity, heart’s desire, joy, realized dreams and happiness are not overshadowed by the signs of the times.
My wish for each of you is all the above along with peace, contentment and the comfort of knowing we all share the same journey. We may take different paths, but we all end up in the same place, realizing the same end. Here’s to a journey filled with these hopes, may yours be filled with your heart's content. May you have a blessed 2016.
